<p>This organisation is undertaking a huge change programme, at the centre of which is a complete overhaul and upgrade of their Finance System which has 4,500 general users and 14,500 users of its expenses module. An experienced Training Consultant is needed to create a Training Strategy, complete a Needs Analysis and begin rolling out a comprehensive Training Programme.</p>
<p>We are looking for somebody to take a proactive, project management approach to bringing this huge piece of work to a successful conclusion. You will be the drive behind ensuring that the roll out of the new system is a success and this role will suit somebody who is going to relish in both the pressure and challenge behind making sure this is the case.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities are below:</p>

<p>As the first appointment of the new CEO, you will directly report to this position with a remit to influence and effect change throughout the business and indeed the industry. You will have a demonstrable record in 'Pure Change' with capability to lead on organisational, cultural and IT change programmes. Key responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Working with Enterprise Architects to establish a clear vision, outcomes, and deliverables for the programme</li>
<li>Ensuring an appropriate target data strategy, design, and execution plan is established</li>
<li>Develop and manage the programme delivery strategy and roadmap</li>
<li>Develop the multi-phase programme implementation plan and rigorously monitoring progress, identifying issues and constraints and escalate as required to remove any roadblocks or resolve any issues</li>
<li>Develop, issue, and manage requirements specifications for CRM, Case Management, and Document Management</li>
<li>Develop, issue, and evaluate invitations to tender for a third party client partner, solution providers, and a systems implementation partner and associated commercial negotiation</li>
<li>Develop and manage the programme business case, and associated costs and benefits</li>
<li>Identify and manage intra-programme and other dependencies (including interfaces with other systems)</li>
</ul>
<div>With strong Programme Management &amp; Delivery experience and a Prince 2 qualification, you will have extensive experience of setting up and working with 3rd party suppliers. You will have knowledge of Target Design Models, 'modern CRM' case management and document management solutions. You will be a proven leader with significant experience in a complex change environment and not solely consulted in this space but delivered.&nbsp;</div>

<p>Working with the finance team primarily and other stakeholders across the organisation, you will be responsible for ensuring that the data being delivered by the PLICS system is robust enough to go out to the business.&nbsp; Beyond this, the position will include improving the system to ensure the accuracy and credibility of information, which is needed to bring improved management tools to the organisation.&nbsp; This will lead to the analysis of information and the examination of business impacts.&nbsp; This is an excellent and rare opportunity to become involved in an interesting project which aims to work towards a leading Patient Level Information Costing System.</p>
<p>You&nbsp;should be an experienced costing accountant with substantial exposure to PLICS, gained within the NHS.&nbsp; This is important because the trust is seeking to step up from its current SLR systems and wants to bring in this experience.&nbsp; Previous exposure to B-Plan, PSCAL or Civica would be helpful. You should be able to demonstrate initiative and a track record of adding value to projects and attention to detail.&nbsp; Key to the position will be good communication skills as you will be working with a wide range of people at different levels.</p>
