This is a new role working within an NHS organisation which will become a Clinical Commissioning Group and will require an experienced project manager to develop the service within the integrated care framework.
Reporting to the Head of Primary and Community Commissioningthis post will concentrate on:
- Developing sustainable integrated care service models to project timescales
- Working closely with GP commissioning leads, and then commissioning primary and community services in line with these service models
- Engaging with a full range of health and social care professionals across primary, community, secondary and private sector in the development of integrated care service models
- Developing performance management mechanisms and a balanced scorecard
You will be an experienced NHS project manager ideally with a track record of service redesign within an integrated care framework. You will be familiar with the challenges facing the NHS at the moment both in terms of financial pressure and restructure and you will have a can-do attitude, a delivery focused approach and hold a recognised project management
