An interesting opportunity has come about at an Acute Trust for an experienced NHS consultant who has seen through a Foundation Trust application from end to end. Our client is looking to recruit someone who has worked at a senior level during the submissions to the Department of Health and Monitor.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing additional hands on support to the Finance Director and Deputy Director Finance on their application so far
- Oversee the Trusts capacity planning and develop financial models and the outline business cases for new developments
- Liaise with the department for Health and Monitor and tend to any queries they have to ensure they are successful in their application.
Interested applicants will have previous experience working on a similar process in an NHS Trust. Excellent communications skills are a must and the ability to communicate with senior management.
