We delivered an extensive marketing campaign to ensure the opportunities were visible to a board range of potential applicants, while also utilising the depth of our database to ensure the panel were presented with a strong shortlist. Our search also focused on local applicants, both from inside and outside of the Higher Education sector.

The strength of our shortlist meant that both roles were appointed to, with the successful applicants starting their respective posts within two weeks of one another. Both appointees were locally based, and able to commute to the campus in under 20 minutes.
