Originally from Windsor, Ed studied Human Geography at Cardiff University before starting his career in recruitment (recruiting and managing significant teams) at Morgan Hunt, where he spent 9 years before joining Allen Lane in September 2019, weeks after his wedding!

He is a keen runner having completed the London Marathon in 2019, for which he managed to raise over £2,000 for charity and finished in 3:28. An even keener traveller, he has so far travelled to 36 countries, highlights of which include Sri Lanka and a road trip up the West Coast of the US. Next on his list is Japan for his honeymoon!
