Ella graduated from the University of Portsmouth in 2018 with a degree in Geography and moved to London shortly after. Ella has worked in various roles since moving to London including Transport Planning, Account Management and Customer Operations Management. Throughout all of these jobs she realised that what she enjoyed most was working with and engaging with people, which led her to kick starting her career in recruitment with Allen Lane.
