Lester is a law & psychology graduate who was the first one to take the plunge and join Allen Lane in 2005 after a successful 6 years with Michael Page and has not looked back since.

He also looks after the ever growing Government Project Management Practice and has established an unrivalled network among the Government Finance Function and Project Managers, particularly in line with EU Exit change

Whilst at a Government function at No.11 Downing Street, Lester got lost and accidentally navigated his way into the reception of No.10 to be greeted by armed guards curious as to what he was doing there! Lester loves his cricket and once accidentally hit Courtney Walsh for 6 and he has also run out two former Test cricket captains whilst batting with them. On an Allen Lane trip, Les met his idol, Shaggy (while Shaggy was on a date with two women) and sang “Oh Carolina” to him.
