Marco has joined our Interim IT & Digital (Central Government) recruitment team.

A Londoner born and bred, Marco studied Business Administration at Kingston University before spending the best part of 10 years representing Global Interior Design brands. Cutting his recruitment teeth in ‘Rec-to-Rec’ helped him know exactly what a good recruiter looks like and what a good recruitment business looks like, choosing Allen Lane in January 2022.

Marco is an avid sports fan and a fanatical Fulham supporter which often leads to mood swings. If he’s not watching sport you’ll find him exploring the best restaurants and bars around London – and he’s definitely the first one on the dance floor on a night out. He’s a keen traveller, has a love for exploring the world and visits America annually for the horse racing and culture.
