Maurice joined Allen Lane in September 2009, initially to head up our permanent finance recruitment business.

Maurice joined Allen Lane in September 2009 having run permanent and interim finance recruitment teams at a global recruitment businesses following a graduate scheme at a leading independent consultancy. Heading up our permanent recruitment team initially and involved in many of our start up areas, Maurice was made Managing Director in May 2016 and CEO in April 2019.

Maureece is a sports nut, a regular dislocator of [both] shoulders and is that rare breed of Mancunian Manchester United fan. Before recruitment, Maureece lived in Argentina for a year and flirted with a career in TV production which included 6 months on Popstars:The Rivals persuading Louis Walsh that a young Cheryl Tweedy really would be a success in Girls Aloud.
