Sian has over 15 years recruitment experience. She has worked both for independent recruiters (including her own consultancy for a number of years), as well as with the large corporates for the Public, Not for Profit, and Private sectors placing Finance professionals. This well-rounded background has given Sian a depth of experience that emanates throughout her work. Sian is particularly passionate about the Charities and Not-for-Profit sectors with many relationships spanning several years. Sian is also passionate about supporting and empowering people in their professional development.

Sian has a keen interest in supporting positive mental wellbeing. Having gained a Diploma as a meditation teacher, Sian uses her skills to help others use meditation to manage their wellbeing. Sian also meditates daily and is always happy to help others to develop their own practice – if they are interested of course!
