Interim Finance Business Partner – Commercial

A Local Authority currently have an urgent need for an Interim Finance Business Partner – Commercial to be the finance lead and  support all their subsidiaries and JV.

Role

• Quarterly management accounting – revenue and capital
• Annual accounts, audit queries and response to external auditors and Audit Committee
• Business cases for the subsidiaries and JV.
• Financial due diligence
• Support for the clients Shareholders Group – an advisory panel to Executive Committee
• Draft quarterly reports for LSG / Executive
• Advise, research, report on governance issues related to subsidiaries and JV

You will be CCAB qualified and have proven experience within development housing/regeneration with experience around Investment Appraisals, Business Cases.
