The Head of Strategic Finance will influence strategy development and disseminate strategic financial intelligence as well as providing financial advice and pro-active guidance to officers and members to assist with decision making. They will be expected to ensure a robust and effective financial infrastructure is embedded across the Council, capable of supporting management and staff in its financial and business activities whilst maintaining an appropriate level of governance.
To be suitable for this role you need to be a fully qualified, innovative finance professional with the proven experience of providing strategic leadership within a complex organisation.
