Finance Business Partner

My client is dynamic healthcare charity with a bold and innovative outlook. They are currently looking to bring in an experienced Finance Business Partner on an interim basis to support them through a restructure. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative team that has lots of exciting improvement projects in process.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prepare central reporting financial information, including forecasts, budgets, board KPIs and Management Accounts.
• Be a Business Partner to programmes, offering support and advice on best finance and procurement practice.
• Ensure budget holders have the tools they require to monitor their expenditure by preparing templates, training sessions etc.
• Look to constantly improve processes that affect the financial reporting.
• Consolidate the reports for the three Business Partners, acting as lead Business Partner.

The successful candidate will be at least part-qualified in a recognised accountancy qualification, but they must have experience in the above duties. They will be self sufficient, proactive and eager to use their initiative to improve processes. They will also be a team player with a positive and hard working disposition.
