Senior Release Analyst

My client, a leading NHS Trust in London, are on the lookout for a Senior Release Analyst to support with the increasing workload within the organisation’s IT Change and Release function. The organisation is in the early stages of a long-term Digital Transformation, and this role will play a critical part in the longevitiy of a number of different functions across a large IT department, and beyond.

The main responsibilities include, but will not be limited to the following:

• Design Release processes for the IT controlled assets, including Applications, Infrastructure and Projects
• Manage Release planning and BAU input to the Change Programme, planning tasks in advance and ensure adjustments are put in place to take into account wider plans across the organisation
• Develop Release policies, processes and procedures in line with ITIL practices
• Ensure all test, training and UAT environments are secured and available
• Manage rollout activities for applications used across the organisation including EPR
• Work alongside multiple functions and methodologies including ITIL, PRINCE, Dev Ops & Agile

Required skillsets/qualifications include:

• ITIL Certification
• PRINCE2 Certification
• Agile Certification
• Significant experince as a Deployment/Release Analyst, ideally within the NHS
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
