We are looking for a Head of Financial Planning and Budget Analysis to provide excellent leadership and expert insight to the management accounting functions,
We are looking for a highly motivated and forward-thinking finance professional with robust modelling skills to assist the newly appointed CFO in ensuring effective management of the Charity’s financial management function during an exciting period of change.
The Head of Financial Planning and Budget Analysis will support the CFO in developing the long-term financial strategy and be responsible for its implementation. You will utilise financial and business partnering expertise to provide advice and coaching to regional Finance Managers and play a key role in ensuring appropriate standards and practices for financial management are adopted across the organisation.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, and will need to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a leadership role in a large and complex commercial environment;
- Significant experience of senior level finance business partnering;
- Track record of successfully delivering meaningful change.
