Informatics Project Manager

Allen Lane is supporting an NHS organisation in Central London, who is on the lookout for an Informatics Project Manager to join an organisational-wide, externally funded Public Health Data Sharing project for an initial 6-8 months, offering Inside of IR35 rates.

Duties of the role include, but are not limited to the following:

• Working on behalf of the Head of Performance & Information and closely with the Data Warehouse Manager to extract the full range of business requirements for two inter-related Data Sharing projects (HealtheIntent and Health Intelligence Exchange (HIE) are an important part of the digital and analytical capability to support population health management (PHM) across the area)
• Assisting in identifying, analysing and appraising stakeholder requirements and business benefits and producing detailed scoping documentation
• Inputting to and producing business cases to help evaluate the deliverables and business benefits of the project
• Proactively liaising with internal clients to produce requirements specifications and full project management documentation
• Proactively liaising with the local STP Programme management Team and Cerner technical team on programme and data specification and functional requirements
• Liaising between stakeholders and IT Data Warehouse team for business solution requirements, development and implementation
• Ensuring project outputs adhere to all information governance requirements.
• Undertaking system testing and providing comprehensive documentation of results
• Coordinating user acceptance tests ensuring all parties undertake test duties
• Attending the local STP analytics stakeholder or other HealtheIntent/Health Intelligence Exchange related meetings to report on project progress
• Liaison between the Information Governance functions of the Hospital and the various stakeholder agencies
