Interim Outpatients Project Manager

I am recruiting an experienced project manager for a Trust based in London.The role is a Fixed Term Contract for 6- 12 months.

Skills

• Previous change/project management experience within a healthcare setting
• Ability to communicate with clinicians and senior managers
• Able to chair and lead meetings to enact changes
• Awareness of key stakeholders and support services required to deliver projects
• Able to travel across multiple sites

Room Utilisation Tool

• Understanding Outpatient Clinic Room)
• Engaging with core specialty management and key stakeholders
• Chairing and leading work stream meetings
• Understanding current booking processes for each rooms
• Working with systems and managers to accurately build clinic rooms and current templates onto system
• Documentation of future process post system live for bookings of rooms

Video Appointments

• Supporting specialties to implement the pilot of the acquired video appointment system
• Engaging with Clinicians
• Deliver training to key users
• Communications to patients on awareness of new service
