Band 8C General Manager

I am currently looking for an interim 8c General Manager for a large NHS Trust.

This post will be inside IR35, starting In the next few weeks for 6 months. Date rate – DOE.

This post is a key part of the senior operational management team and the post holder will be accountable for the operational effectiveness and 4 hour target.

The post holder must have the following experience:

• NHS Operational Management, minimum 8b/c level within Medicine or A&E.
• Strong stakeholder engagement
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership, mediation and negotiation skills
• Ability to think and operate strategically
• Flexible and adaptable
