Allen Lane is recruiting an interim Benefits Manager for a complex public sector body based in Westminster.
For an initial period of 6 months, you will work within a large Professional Services transformation programme to identify and define benefits.
As such, key duties include:
- Work with the programme Delivery Director and Head of Change to document our Benefits realisation strategy and develop our benefits realisation plan
- Work with Project Managers and teams across a variety of work-streams to identify and define financial and non-financial benefits to be delivered
- Develop a programme benefits map and drive benefits delivery across the programme
- Design benefits tracking plans.
Previous experience identifying, defining and documenting benefits in complex environments is essential. Previous experience doing so within Higher Education would be extremely advantageous but not essential.
