Allen Lane is recruiting an Interim Head of Pensions Administration for a local authority in South East England.
For an initial 6 month period, you will lead a team of fifteen with two direct reports who manage all pensions administration for the authority. Currently this function is operated from a shared service centre and a key priority for this assignment is to successfully manage the transition of all data and systems back in house, as well as managing the team through the change.
You will have demonstrable experience leading a pensions administration function previously and candidates with a track record in doing so within Local Government will be at a significant advantage. You must combine technical pensions knowledge with the ability to manage the function through significant change.
Ideally this person will be in post by June 2020 with interviews taking place remotely during May
