Head of Financial Accounts

My client is a very well known brand in the UK offering a wide variety of services. At present, they are looking to recruit an interim Head of Financial Accounts to lead on a transformation project within the team to ensure best practice throughout.

Key duties:

• Oversee all technical financial accounting including statutory accounting, tax and transactional recording.
• Deliver a full review of current processes and procedures to ensure best practice throughout the team.
• Promote finance as a responsive and customer facing business unit.
• Manage and support the team, ensuring clear objectives are set and training and support provided.

With a strong academic background, the successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant who has already operated at a significantly senior technical accounting level within the charity sector.
