Allen Lane is working alongside an NHS organisation in East Anglia, who are on the lookout for a number of Workforce Analysts at Band 6 & 7 levels on initial 3 month contracts, with a view of extension.

This post will focus on data, information and analysis relating to staff experience, and the impact this has on culture, climate, leadership and engagement. Key data sources include the NHS National Staff  survey, and subsequent pulse surveys engagement score, Quality Metrics around improvement in staff and patient experience, clinical outcomes,  Workforce Race Equality KPI’s, data relating to training and development, recruitment and retention and HR interventions around Employee Relations matters.  The analysis will provide a considered and deliberate approach to targeted support and interventions and our ability to identify high performing teams and share best practice and celebrate successful and well led teams.

Skillsets required for the role include but are not limited to:

  • NHS datasets experience
  • SQL
  • Excel
  • Business Objects
  • Qlikview
