Financial Controller

At present, they are looking to appoint an interim Financial Controller as maternity cover but also to assist through a change programme as they look to support their on-going growth with stronger financial processes.

Key duties:

• Provide leadership and support to a team of 8, ensuring a 1st class financial accounting function.
• To ensure an effective and smooth running operation, meeting all statutory reporting and compliance requirements.
• To drive forwards designated projects including the implementation of a new accounting package alongside a full review of processes and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will be a qualified accountant with a proven track record in leading technical teams in the charity or wider not-for-profit sector.
