Finance Business Partner

Duration: 3 months
Salary: 3 months
An interesting opening has arisen at a NHS organisation for an established finance business partner to deliver a financial management service to a division at a London hospital.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Business Partner will play a key role in delivering strategy, guidance and financial advice to operational managers in Clinical Support Services. This includes managing the regular monthly financial reporting schedule for the area and continuing the development of the team, which would benefit from some timely guidance and encouragement. In addition, as a senior member of the team, the post holder will contribute to a number of department wide projects and working groups, providing advice to directors and managers across the organisation.
You should be a qualified accountant with substantial post qualification experience in management accounting. Ideally this will have been gained in an acute NHS environment and it would be especially helpful if this includes a good understanding of clinical support services in a hospital. Strong communication skills are essential to the position as you will be providing a key link between finance and the operational side of the organisation.
This is a great chance to join a determined and hard working team and to take on a challenging and fast-paced role.
