Project Manager – Integration

Our client is a healthcare organisation which has an excellent opening for an experienced Project Manager to play a key role in the merger of two entities.
Reporting to the CFO, you will be working with a wide range of people across the two organisations to lead, support and deliver the key steps in the integration of the two businesses. There are varying degrees of progress with the merger across the different parts of the business, which will need to be objectively assessed and understood before the strands are drawn together, monitored and organised. A key part of this role will be to co-ordinate between teams, keep them on track and hold them accountable for their part of the delivery.
You should be an experienced Project Manager who has come from a background in projects and programme delivery. Experience of working on a merger and/or integration of businesses would be very helpful. Owing to the nature of the position, you need to be able to demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of healthcare systems and, especially, the levers than can be applied to influence changes. Strong communication skills are essential to the position as you will be providing a key link between different parts of the organisation.
