High Speed Two (HS2) is one of the most demanding and exciting transport projects in Europe. They are seeking to appoint two Senior Product Managers focusing on Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP on a permanent basis.

Joining the Platform and Operations Teams as the senior management level, you a subject matter expert and as part of the role you will set and deliver the Oracle Cloud strategy, leading 3rd party suppliers across design, build, and operations.

As Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate with a variety of internal and external teams to drive the continual development, ongoing demand, and optimisation of the Oracle Cloud platform.

This opportunity is suitable for individuals in the following roles: Product Manager or Platform Manager.

The Senior Product Manager post will report into the Lead Platform Manager. Your direct reports will include a range of external suppliers.

In order to be immediately effective in post, HS2 are seeking applicants with the following experience:

  • 3+ years’ of enterprise-scale Oracle experience as a Platform or Product lead with specialist knowledge of Oracle Finance and / or Oracle HCM
  • Excellent communication and relationship development skills, with both internal and external stakeholders

The successful applicant will be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud operational issues, providing assurance and governance of Oracle Cloud. You will operate with tact and diplomacy, respectfully challenging partners when required.

As a leader, you will share ideas and insights with internal and external stakeholders. You will be an expert in developing impactful relationships.
