Finance Business Partner

An excellent opportunity has arisen at a NHS organisation for an established finance business partner to play a key leadership role in one of the clinical divisions at a leading London hospital.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance and managing a small  team which provides expert financial reporting, advice and support, the Finance Business Partner will provide leadership and direction to improve the financial performance of the division, supporting the development and implementation of its strategy and financial plans for sustainability. This is a key role in ensuring that a joined up service is provided across all corporate business partners.

You should be a qualified accountant with significant post qualification experience in financial leadership roles and which include experience of leading and driving change initiatives, business case development, financial planning and reporting. Furthermore, you will require excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills and be able to clearly present complex financial or business ideas in an appropriate way for their audience. Exposure to large, complex, public sector organisations will be very helpful to this role as you will need to apply your strong analytical skills to complicated situations in order to arrive at a solution.
